Why 123Pan is hard to use outside China
You need an account to download, and signing up usually needs a Chinese phone number.
Free accounts have download limits.
The site and the app are only in Chinese.
FetchPan fetches the whole file on our server with a premium account. Then you download it from us over a normal, fast link.
