FetchPan fetches files from file hosts on your request and gives you a download link. By using FetchPan you agree to these terms.
Your responsibility
- Only download files you have the right to download.
- Don't use FetchPan to break the law or the rules of a file host.
- Don't automate requests, resell access, or work around the free limits.
Free downloads
Free downloads have daily, size and speed limits. We may change or pause them at any time, for example when our capacity is full.
Traffic packs
- A pack adds download traffic to your account. Traffic never expires.
- A fast download uses traffic equal to the file size when you start it. If we can't fetch a file, it uses no traffic.
- Your key code is your account. Keep it safe: anyone with the code can use your traffic, and we cannot recover a lost code.
- Packs are not refundable, except when we cannot deliver the service you paid for.
The service
FetchPan is provided as it is. File hosts can change or block access at any time, so we can't promise every link will work. We may block accounts or links that break these terms.
