Questions, answered.
Short answers about free downloads, your account, paying and links.
Free downloads
Is it really free?
Yes. One file a day, up to 2 GB, with no sign-up. Sign in with Google and you get 3 free files a day. We pay for premium accounts every month anyway, and free downloads use the part nobody is using.
Why is the free download slower?
Free users share spare capacity, so we cap free downloads at 3 MB/s. That is still about 30 times faster than a free Baidu account.
Why can't I download free right now?
There are a few limits: one file a day for guests (3 with an account), files up to 2 GB, and a daily limit for each network. Some sites are only available with fast downloads, and on very busy days free downloads can fill up. We always tell you the reason and when free opens again.
Your account
Do I need a FetchPan account?
Not for your free file: just paste a link. A free account gives you 3 free files a day instead of 1, and you need one to buy fast traffic. Sign in with Google: one click.
What do you get from Google?
Only your email address, your name and a Google account ID. We never see your Google password, and we don't send newsletters.
How do I delete my account?
Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account. We delete your account and its data.
Fast downloads and paying
How does fast traffic work?
A pack adds traffic to your account, for example 10 GB. Each fast download uses traffic equal to the file size. Traffic never expires, and you can use it on any device where you sign in.
How do I pay?
With crypto through Cryptomus: USDT, BTC, ETH and many other coins. We never see your wallet details.
What if a download fails?
If we can't fetch the file, it costs nothing, free or fast. If your own download stops halfway, open the same link again within 12 hours: it resumes and is not charged twice.
Can I get a refund?
Packs are not refundable, except when we cannot deliver the service you paid for. Write to [email protected] and we will look at it.
Links and files
Do I need an account on the file host?
No. You only need the link. We open it with our own premium accounts.
How long does a download link work?
12 hours. Downloads can resume in browsers and download managers like IDM or aria2.
The share link has an extraction code. What do I do?
Click "The link has an extraction code?" under the box and type the code (提取码). Without it, the site won't open the share.
Which files can I download?
Only files you have the right to download. See our terms, and the copyright page if you want to report a file.
